> AeroParts by AFRAA is a B2B digital marketplace for certified aircraft parts, operated by the African Airlines Association (AFRAA). Sellers list traceable inventory with airworthiness certificates; buyers discover parts and request quotations instantly.

## Core Functionality
- Public parts catalog with search by part number, manufacturer, nomenclature and ATA chapter; grid and list viewing modes.
- Verified airworthiness documentation per listing: FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, JAA, CAAC, trace-to-birth docs and shop reports.
- Seller inventory management: single-part listing and bulk upload via CSV/Excel; parts are marked "undocumented" until certificates are attached, then "documented".
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) workflow: buyers request quotes, sellers quote with an optional platform fee pass-through, deals are confirmed with an audit-safe snapshot.
- Automated invoicing: ATA Spec 2000 oriented invoices with a configurable platform commission (default 1%), seller or buyer fee bearing, and platform contact details (AFRAA Building, Nairobi, Kenya).
- Account categories: AFRAA Members, AFRAA Partners, Other Airlines and Other Suppliers — with subscription or commission-only billing per category.
- Secure email/password and Google authentication; seller identity is anonymous to the public and revealed to subscribed accounts.
